The glorious lady Godiva,
Of fame we would never deprive her,
A nude horseback dash
Might seem crude, even brash,
But my gran has done worse for a fiver.

Limericks are great fun. Presented to children, this one require a couple of accompanying history lessons.
The glorious lady Go Diva,
Through horrified eyes we perceive her,
She’s bare on a mare
(Thank goodness for hair!)
Bet the bishop will never receive her.
Very funny. I loved the quirky, and completely unexpected ending.
