A plant that makes fruit 
to disperse its seed 
will give many creatures 
a juicy feed. 

They’ll gobble it up 
then travel a bit. 
The seeds come out later 
in excrement. 

The seed’s ready-planted 
in clumps of dung. 
A long way from home 
and its prying Mum. 

With plenty of food 
that will help it grow, 
it does what it likes … 
‘cos its mother won’t know!
