a posy of platitudes
Oh the joy of twitterpation
in the springtime of the heart
when you feel a palpitation
at the sting of Cupid’s dart,
the sudden sheer elation
when the days of roses start,
the glowing intimation
that all sadness will depart
and ecstatic celebration
that you’ll never ever part
