Geoffrey McSkimming is a children’s novelist and poet, and the author of the nineteen-volume Cairo Jim chronicles and the new series of Phyllis Wong mystery novels. He has had several books of poetry published, including Ogre in a Toga (Scholastic) and Cairo Jim’s Bumper Book of Flabbergasting Fragments (Hachette). His verse has appeared in various anthologies and magazines.
